What's going on at Wedowee Gardens?
Welcome to our reforestation and wildlife habitat project! Our current initiative is dedicated to land clearing efforts aimed at helping to restore the Long Leaf Pine, a species that has significantly declined from 90 million acres to just 3 million. We invite you to join us in this important endeavor as we explore the historical significance of this tree in early American history. Stay tuned for regular updates on our progress with the Long Leaf Pine.

The Crimson Clover Mini-Meadow
Welcome to the Crimson Clover Mini-Meadow, where our quarter-acre slice of paradise is awkwardly wedged between Old Hwy 431 and Country Road 206—it's like the garden version of a good sandwich! A bench under a trellis is the perfect complement amongst the clovers and a great viewing platform to the Lavender Alley, the Zinnia Patch and Sunflower Way across the road. Feast your eyes on the 1800s era Chimney right next to the pizza hearth. Stay tuned for updates!

Zen Garden Sanctuary
Zen Garden by the brook will be added in late 2026. It will feature a charming teahouse surrounded by thoughtfully arranged rocks and sands and nestled amongst century old mountain laurel trees. A vibrant selection of annual and perennial flowers will harmonize with the landscape while a gently flowing stream cascades over time-worn rock creating a peaceful ambiance perfect for meditation and reflection.
